• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us license to display and distribute your content through our Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you share

5.2 Prohibited Content

We prohibit links to:

• Illegal content or activities
• Adult content (unless clearly marked and compliant with laws)
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Misleading or fraudulent schemes
• Malware or phishing sites

5.3 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
• We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so

6.1 Plan Types

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features with monthly/lifetime billing

6.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
• Free plan limitations apply after cancellation

7.1 Our Rights

• AllInBio name, logo, and Service are our intellectual property
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Our software and infrastructure are protected by copyright

7.2 Your Rights

• You retain rights to content you create and share
• We don't claim ownership of your links or profile information

9.1 Uptime

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9.2 Changes to Service

• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We may add new features or change existing ones
• Significant changes will be communicated to users

10.1 No Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee the Service will meet your specific needs
• We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
